What to expect at your first visit...

Once you arrive at Divine, we have a huge parking lot in the back or feel free to park in the front of the building along the street. You’ll come up to our space, take a seat in our seating area, make yourself comfortable- we have magazines, snacks, & coffee waiting for you! No need to check in with our front desk, we are expecting you and will greet you when you come in! 

 Your stylist will come and introduce herself to you and you’ll head on back to her station to consult.  You’ll tell her everything about your hair- what you love, what you hate, what products you use, your daily routine, your budget etc. Now is the time to show her any pictures you have saved. You will both come up with a plan for your hair goals!

 That is where the magic than happens. You will spend anywhere from 30 mins - 4 hrs with us so feel free to relax with a complimentary glass of wine or spirit. We can either spend time chatting it up or feel free to enjoy your peace and quiet. Once we are both in love with your new hair, we will show you which products we recommended for your specific hair type.

We would then, if you are comfortable, head back for a mini photo shoot to to capture that moment of pure happiness!

After that we will recommend when we would love to see you again and help you schedule your next appointment so we can keep your locks looking lovely for years to come!

CANCELLATIONS/LATENESS:

We understand life happens sometimes beyond our control. We please ask for you to be considerate of our 24 hr cancelation policy. Appointments canceled out of that time, will result in a 50% fee of scheduled service. Multiple occurrences may result in service refusal.

NO CALLS/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service originally scheduled. Multiple occurrences may result in service refusal.

TARDINESS

If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Divine Beauty Boutique reserves the right to require a credit card on file at time of reservation to cover any fees associated with cancellations or no shows.

CONFIRMATION TEXT/CALL

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text/call that you will need to reply to. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

CELL PHONES

For the consideration of yourself and other guests we ask that you please put on vibrate/silence your cellphone. If you need to take a call, we ask you to please do so outside.

CHILDREN/PETS

As a courtesy to all guests, unless scheduled for services we ask that your children do not accompany you to your scheduled appointment for the relaxation of yourself and others. No pets are permitted in the salon.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds of any kind for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to us and we will happily make adjustments with in 2 weeks of your original appointment. Unused products may be returned with a receipt with in 30 days of purchase.

***adjustments will not be made in the result of mind changing. We will happily work with you in anyway we can.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR DIVINE BEAUTY BOUTIQUE.
